Chris and Jan have been residents of the NH Seacoast for over 10 years. They realize that service to their clients begins first by listening to their needs. Everyone’s situation is as unique as the Real Estate market. Chris and Jan take the time to help clients learn the local market so they can be confident in meeting their specific needs.
Chris holds a BS degree in Aeronautical Science from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, Daytona Beach FL. Chris started flying at age 16 and has been an Airline Pilot for over 21 years. Aviation skills of discipline, attention to details, and analytical thinking are attributes that transferred well to keeping the Real Estate transaction process smooth and seamless.
Jan holds a BS degree in Education from the University of Georgia, Athens GA. She taught school in the Exeter School District (SAU 16) for over 5 years as a substitute Teacher. Her refined organizational skills are a great asset in tracking their client’s transaction timelines.
The majority of their free time is spent raising their two daughters. The oldest is a senior in High School busy with preparations to attend college. The youngest attends 7th grade. Each one’s activities takes the family on travels throughout New England as the oldest is a competitive downhill ski racer and the youngest a level 8 competitive gymnast.
Chris’s hobbies include biking, hiking, skiing and climbing and he considers New England his backyard. One of his favorite pastimes is cycling the Seacoast to scout locations and homes for clients. He also enjoys working on home projects. Jan enjoys going to the gym and walking their Pug “Tofu”. She also enjoys attending to her perennial gardens around the home.
Over the years, Chris and/or Jan have lived in AL, AZ, FL, GA, MA, NH, PA, TN, & TX. The point being, they remember what it was like to move and go the extra effort to make your transition as easy as possible.
Chris and Jan have exceptional communicational skills. A requirement with working with other Real Estate Professionals and in keeping their clients informed throughout the process. Working as a team, each compliments each other’s strengths to provide a synergistic approach to working Real Estate thereby maximizing service to their clients.
